Within our service we provide legal advice in the area of public procurement law. We assist the contractors as well as ordering institutions with making actions within preparing the given public contract. We provide legal assistance during the course of the proceedings for public procurement contract, we prepare legal justifications for actions taken during the proceeding, we prepare draft documents, explanations and statements made in the proceeding, in particular explanations or completing tenders. In addition, we prepare appeals to National Chamber of Appeal in Warsaw as well as we represent the Clients before The National Chamber of Appeal, also Provincial Court as a result of filing the claim from the defendant.
We also provide trainings for the contractors in the area of proper preparation of the tender offers. We also point the issues that can be encountered while attending the tender, not only public ones. During the trainings we discuss newly introduced or planned changes in the Act of Public Procurement Law. As well as we help solve the specific problems which came out in practice.
